The Indian Society of Prosthodontics – Restorative – Periodontics (ISPRP) was a long cherished dream of the dental fraternity to merge three distinct disciplines that deal with restoration of oral health: Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Periodontics on one platform for better interaction, learning and understanding.
The Society had its inception at a colorful function held at Mangalore on 11th November, 2007 inaugurated by Dr.Bhaskar Rao, Vice President, Dental Council of India.
The First National Conference of the Society was held at Hotel Deepa Comforts Mangalore under the patronage of Padmabhushan Brig. Dr. Anil Kohli on August 30 and 31 of 2008. The conference was organized under the chairmanship of Dr. B. Sureshchandra and was attended by more than 450 delegates from the different specialties of dentistry.
The Second National Conference was held at Kochi on August 8th and 9th of 2009.
And now From cochin “the queen of the arabian sea”, which hosted the 2nd ISPRP National Conference to….. MYSORE - July 30th – 31st, 2010.
